Penny Chang was born in 1998 from Liaoning province where basketball is one of the most common sports in the city. In 2018, he led the team to win the championships of Liaoning province tournament.
In 2019, Chang join the famous TV reality show in China called “Game On”. This reality show invited a lot of basketball players to compete in the show, and Chang is one of the players who was coached under famous players Jeremy Lin, and Chang won the Final MVP reward in the final game, which made him a household name in China. Chang will soon become one of the great backcourt players in China in the near future.
